    Lead times

    Stocked models ship in 2-4 weeks. Made-to-order models take 6-8 weeks for most textiles, and 13-15 weeks for the more specialised ones. A few tables and accessories are 2-4 weeks either way.

    Two things decide which applies to your order: the model and the textile. RED Label is the stocked programme — 144 models held at the European warehouse — and those leave in 2-4 weeks. Everything else is built after you order, and which of the made-to-order bands you land in depends on the textile you choose. Both lead times are stated on each product.

    What arrives

    Every product states how many colli the model ships in and what each colli weighs. Check those figures against your doorway, stairs and lift before delivery day, and read the sofa and bed dimensions on the same page — a sofa bed needs clearance in front of it to open out.

    Warranty and after delivery

    The frame carries a five-year warranty, and the warranty period is stated on every product page. Care instructions for the textile you chose are listed against that textile in the textile library, including the wash temperature where the cover is removable.
