How can we help you?
Yes. Every model in the collection is designed to work as a sofa by day and a real bed by night, so the sleeping surface sits on a proper comfort system rather than on folded seat cushions.
If the piece will be slept on nightly, choose the comfort system and the firmness first and the cover second. Firmness is stated per model as soft, medium or firm, and mattress height is stated on every product.
The range uses No-zag Spring, Pocket Spring, Excess Pocket Spring, Latex and high-resilient foam layers. Pocket Spring and Excess Pocket Spring give the most individual support point by point; Latex and high-resilient foam give a more even, resilient surface; No-zag Spring is the classic sprung base.
Each product page states which comfort system the model uses, together with its mattress height, so you can compare two models directly.
Firmness is stated per model as soft, medium or firm, next to the comfort system and the mattress height. Two models that share a comfort system can still be rated differently, so read the figure on the specific model you are looking at rather than assuming it from the family.
Bed sizes in the collection run from 70 x 200 cm up to 180 x 200 cm. The exact bed dimensions, the sofa dimensions and the mattress height are stated on every product.
A 70-90 cm width suits one sleeper or a guest room; 140-160 cm is the usual choice for two people; 180 x 200 cm is the widest in the range. Compare the sofa dimensions as well as the bed dimensions, and leave clearance in front of the piece so it can open out.
RED Label is the stocked programme: 144 models held at the European warehouse, shipping in 2-4 weeks. BLACK Label is the premium programme.
In practice the label tells you how quickly you can have the piece. RED Label models are picked from stock; other models are built after you order and take 4-15 weeks.
Made-to-order models take 4-15 weeks. Where you land in that range depends on the textile you choose, so the cover decision moves the delivery date as much as the model does.
If a date matters more than a particular cover, start from the stocked models: those ship in 2-4 weeks. Availability is stated on each product.
On many models the cover is detachable and washable. Whether a given model has a removable cover is stated on its product page.
Wash care is a property of the textile, not of the model, so follow the wash care stated for the textile you chose, along with the care guide linked on the product page.
There are 53 upholstery textiles in the collection, and each one carries its composition, Martindale abrasion cycles, pilling grade, colour fastness to light, OEKO-TEX status and wash care.
For a sofa bed in daily use, compare the Martindale cycles and the pilling grade first: a higher Martindale figure means the surface takes more rubbing before it wears, and the pilling grade tells you how well it resists bobbling. Colour fastness to light matters if the piece will stand in direct sun.
Every product states how many colli the model ships in and what each colli weighs, so you can plan access and handling before delivery day.
Measure your doorway, stairs and lift against those figures and against the sofa dimensions on the product page. Stocked models ship in 2-4 weeks; made-to-order models take 4-15 weeks.
The frame carries a five-year warranty. A warranty PDF is linked on every product page, and it sets out exactly what is covered.
A care guide is linked on the same page and covers the textile and the comfort system of the model you bought. Many sofa beds also include an integrated bedding box, so duvets and pillows stay with the piece rather than in a cupboard.
